What is a Talking Walk-in?
- An informal, play-based drop-in session for families with children aged 0–4 years (pre-school).
- A friendly space to play and get support with your child’s communication and language development.
- Chat with the Speech and Language Therapy Service and Family Hub Practitioners for advice, practical strategies and guidance on next steps to support your child.

From 21 September 2026, families will be able to access Talking Walk-ins at Best Start Family Hubs across Bolton.
