Early Years Education Recovery Programme

Supporting settings to select the training, qualifications and support that is right for them. Funded by the Department for Education.

The EY Education Recovery Programme is a package of workforce training, qualifications, support and guidance, funded by the Department for Education, for the early years sector (including Childminders) to support staff and settings to address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the youngest and most disadvantaged children.

To help support providers to access the support that is right for them, The Early Years Entitlements Team has developed the Early Years Education Recovery Presentation Options Slides.

The slides split practitoners into three main groups and indicate which strands of the programme each group may want to consider:

  • new to the sector
  • more experienced/L3 qualified
  • and settings leaders/aspiring leaders

More information about the package of workforce training, qualifications, support and guidance is available on Early years education recovery programme - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
