Greater Manchester 10 Tips for Talking Launch
Leaflet, poster and a series of videos to illustrate each of the 10 Tips for Talking.
As part of communication and language work being carried out in Greater Manchester (GM), a set of 10 evidenced based key messages to help support early communication and language development have been produced. The messages highlight simple things that families can do to develop children's speech, language and communication skills from birth through to starting school.
There is a leaflet, poster and a series of videos to illustrate each of the 10 Tips for Talking. The tips have also been translated into 15 different languages and are free to use by all professionals in the GM area. The resources can be found here.
As part of the launch, several webinars have been recorded to help explain how practitioners can use each of the tips in the most meaningful way with families. These webinars can be found here
