Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship

Pen Green, in partnership with Apprenticeship Connect, is now offering the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship, a fully funded programme designed to develop confident leaders in early years settings.

This flexible online course equips experienced practitioners with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to step into management-level roles and support the operational delivery of high-quality care and education.

The course is fully funded by UK Government. This is a nationally recognised qualification.
