Screening tool used by Public Health Nurses (Health Visitors), parents, and settings. ASQ-3 screening covers communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal-social.

Coordinate support, referrals, and adaptations for children with emerging physical development needs.

Provides universal and targeted support via drop-ins or appointments.

Coordinated Family Help and Early Help conversations within settings. 

Named Health Visitor or Lead Professional 
Ongoing support and progress reviews. This information can be seen in the child's 'Red Book'.

Progress Check at Age 2: Department for Education (DfE) Statutory 
Guidance to provide support for early years practitioners when completing the early years foundation stage (EYFS) progress check at age 2 (developmental check that includes physical development).

Team Around the Early Years (TAEY) 
Multi-agency meetings for children and families with wider needs.
