START WELL EARLY YEARS CONSULTANT
Pamela is a Start Well Early Years Consultant delivering with Quality and Outcomes offer to Early Years Foundation Stage funded providers.
Pamela started her childcare career in 1991, helping to develop Bolton's special needs under fives support service. Further roles have included Literacy Support Assistant in a local primary school and Creche Coordinator for Bolton Sure Start.
Pamela joined the Early Years Team in 2003 initially as an Area SENCO and supported the 'Every Child a Talker' programme in 2008. Pamela was a nominated trainer for the ICAN Early Language and Development Programme (ELDP) in 2013 and has completed her accredited Elklan Level 4 in 'Communication Counts 0-3'. Pamela holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Early Years Childhood Studies and completed her Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) with Edge Hill University.
