SEND - Alex Baxter
START WELL SEND MANAGER
Alex started her career in early years education and as a Nursery Nurse in 1997. She graduated in 2002 with a BA Honours Degree and holds Early Years Professional Status.
She is an experienced Nursery Manager and has worked as an Area Manager overseeing a number of childcare settings across Bolton, Wigan, Leigh and Trafford. Alex has also worked as an Early Years Professional Associate, Early Years Professional Mentor for Edge Hill University and an Ofsted Early Years Inspector.
Alex is now Start Well SEND Manager in Bolton with responsibility for supporting providers to improve outcomes for children with SEND.
