Gaye has over 25 years of experience working in education, supporting children and families across a range of settings. Her career began with 15 years of specialist work with autistic children, providing home-based early intervention and helping pupils transition successfully into mainstream primary schools. Over the past 12 years, she has worked as a primary school teacher and senior leader, leading adaptive teaching approaches and championing SEND provision across whole-school settings. She is passionate about inclusion and brings extensive knowledge of evidence-based strategies, resources and inclusive practices that remove barriers to learning and help every child succeed. Gaye is committed to ensuring that parents and carers feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their SEND journey. She works closely with schools, Family Hubs, and wider services to promote inclusive practice and achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
