START WELL SEND OUTREACH TEACHER
Jemma is an experienced education professional with 17 years in primary education, including over 13 years specialising in SEND. She has led teams across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, developed specialist inclusion bases within schools, and worked on inclusion projects across both primary and secondary settings. Jemma holds the NPQSENCO award and the NPQSL award. Her experience includes supporting children through key transition stages and creating environments where all learners can thrive.
Passionate about working alongside families, Jemma is committed to ensuring that parents and carers feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their SEND journey. She works closely with schools, Family Hubs, and wider services to promote inclusive practice and achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
