A Fond Farewell
We must say goodbye to Sheron Kantor, Start Well: Senior Quality and Outcomes Consultant who will leave Bolton Start Well to start a new role next month.
When I joined the Early Years team, it was only meant to be for a year. Eleven years later, I am writing my goodbye message as I move on to an exciting new opportunity in a neighbouring local authority.
It has been a privilege to work alongside so many dedicated people who are committed to making a real difference for children and families. I have thoroughly enjoyed offering consultancy support in your settings, delivering training, supporting action research, facilitating leadership and manager networks, coaching colleagues, and being part of so many initiatives and successes along the way.
I am proud to have seen improvements across our services and grateful for the friendships, support and memories I've gained over the years. Most of all, I have been inspired by the passion and commitment shown every day to giving children the best possible start in life. I look forward to hearing about future achievements and milestones as you continue this important work.
Thank you all for making the last 11 years so rewarding.
