Recreate-U offer a warm, friendly English language and early learning programme for ESOL-speaking parents and carers with babies up to 6 months old. The programme supports English learning, wellbeing, play, social connection, breastfeeding-friendly practice, and Bolton's Five Golden Rules for Communication.
Early years professionals in Bolton are invited to sign up the families you support for this service.
The programme offers:
- Everyday English learning with a qualified ESOL teacher
- Activities, songs, stories, and routines that promote early language development
- Opportunities for parents and carers to connect with others
- A free meal
- Take-home picture-based activities
- The option for referrers to attend the first session with families
Sessions take place at:
Harvey Best Start Family Hub, Shaw Street, Bolton BL3 6HU
- Block 1: 30 October to 11 December, 3:30pm to 5:30pm
- Block 2: 15 January to 19 February, 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Oxford Grove Best Start Family Hub, Oxford Grove, Bolton BL1 3BH
- Block 1: 4 September to 9 October, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
- Block 2: 30 October to 11 December, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
- Block 3: 15 January to 19 February, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
