Families with children under 5 welcome. Free to attend and no need to book. Come along, enjoy the activities that help boost early literacy, communication and language development.
Bolton families with children between the ages of 3 and 4 years old will get the most out of this exciting REAL (short for Raising Early Achievement in Literacy) fun day, but all families with children under 5 years are welcome to attend.
REAL Literacy Family Fun Day will take place at:

- Use logos and signs to map Bolton
- Meet the bear
- Plus, you will take away lots of low cost/no cost ideas to help you support your child's literacy development at home
It's free to attend and there is no need to book!
