Update: Fully Funded Training Non-attendance Policy
From 1st March 2026, a £50 fee will apply for non‑attendance on fully funded training. If you can’t attend, please send another member of staff or let us know as soon as possible.
We want to make you aware of an important update to our fully funded (free) training attendance arrangements. Introducing a non-attendance charge is very much a last resort for us. However, we continue to see a high number of bookings that do not result in attendance (23% rate of non-attendance). This not only affects the viability of our courses but also means that some providers miss out on places they could otherwise have taken.
From 1st March 2026, a £50 administration fee will be applied for non-attendance on fully funded training where a place has been booked and confirmed.
If you are unable to attend, please send another member of staff or let us know as soon as possible before the course takes place, so we can offer the place to someone else. We completely understand that circumstances can change, and we truly appreciate your support in helping us run training sessions effectively for the benefit of the whole sector.
Please note: This update does not apply to paid for courses. These courses already carry a fee, and their existing commitment and cancellation arrangements will remain unchanged.
