The Energy Efficiency Grant, available through Green Economy, offers eligible businesses, including early years providers, support to invest in low-carbon technologies such as LED lighting, insulation, and energy-efficient heating systems.

Real Impact in the Early Years Sector

Yellow Door Day Nursery recently took advantage of this support and achieved incredible results. By replacing the existing gas boiler with electric heat pumps, they cut their energy bills by an estimated £1,200 per year, reduced carbon emissions, and created a more comfortable environment for staff and children.
