Course Description
This in person briefing for Early Years Leads in Schools will include national and local news and updates from Start Well and partner services; it will help support professional development and leadership of the EYFS.
The Autumn meeting is face to face to allow for discussion and will cover a range of subjects including:
- 2025 EYFSP data and key considerations
- The Writing framework -including revised Writing ELG guidance
- Revised EYFS safeguarding and welfare requirements
- Oral Health supervised toothbrushing update
- New Communication and Language resources and training
- Find out what is happening to support Physical Literacy in Bolton
- Transition to school
- Plus any other relevant updates

In order to maintain best value, we need to run this course on a maximum occupancy basis. An administration fee of £25 per person will be charged for the non-attendance of any individual following an online or confirmed telephone booking. These fees will be waived if you send a replacement attendee from your setting to take up your place.
