Natalie Coppard

START WELL EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

Natalie works alongside other professionals which include Family Support Workers, Health Visitors, Speech and Language Therapists, Social Workers and Teachers to ensure that there is a holistic approach with all families.

Within Natalie’s current role she delivers interventions such as Incredible Babies and Watch Me Play! Other roles include co-delivering group activities in schools and settings alongside the library service. These groups have allowed Natalie to support Head Teachers and Early Years Leads in promoting the importance of parental engagement in play.

Natalie is passionate about empowering parents to develop their confidence and parenting skills which has a positive impact on their attachment and interactions. She says “They are the most important resource. I am really passionate about making a difference to our Bolton families!".
