Changes to Bolton Start Well's Commitment and Cancellation policy for funded courses, with effect from 1st April 2020
In order to continue to offer funded training and maintain best value, we need to run our funded courses on a maximum occupancy basis.
Following a number of last minute cancellations and delegate non-attendance after booking during 2019, we will be introducing an amendment to the existing Commitments and Cancellations policy with effect from the 1st April 2020.
From 1st April 2020, an administration fee of £25 per person will be charged for the non attendance of any individual following an online or confirmed telephone booking on any of our fully funded (free) workshop (2 hours or more). These fees will be waived if a replacement attendee is sent from the same setting to take up the place.
Fees will also apply to any cancellation received within 24 hours of the start of the session. Fees do not apply to Bolton Start Well briefings or training offered in relation to the Inclusion Fund.
NB These changes do not affect the current commitments and cancellations charges for traded courses - these charges remain unchanged and can be found on the course booking pages and flyers for each training session.
